The holiday in express

Fantastic hote which is in a great location. The hotel has ample parking for guests and offers a good breakfast. It was our first time staying at this hotel, but because of the service and how quite it was at night we will definitely book again…

Very impressed with service at this hotel, we had an issue with our room and staff were very accommodating and moved us. Thank you to Chantel, Hotel Experience Manager for sorting this efficiently it was much appreciated. The rooms are very comfortable and so quiet. The breakfast range was fantastic - one of the best we have had in a hotel. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was also very good. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The room itself is really nice and comfortable, very clean and the staff are really nice. My main issue was lack of toothpaste and drinking water being available. We had travelled to Belfast for a conference and arrived late at night, the hotel said they ran out of toothpaste so we had to wait until the morning to order water and toothpaste from a supermarket

Fabulous stay

I think this must be the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in, all the staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and were happy to provide information about the local area. We had a fabulous stay. Breakfast was excellent and bar prices very reasonable for a city centre hotel.

Terrible water pressure, dirty towels and noisy

The hotel itself was lovely and modern and kept very clean. Unfortunately we had some issues with noise levels and were woken up both nights at around 1am with shouting and loud singing. There was a sign in the bathroom advising if we wanted clean towels then to leave the dirty ones on the floor which we did. When we returned that evening, we noticed the towels were the ones we left on the floor previously that day and had been folded up, still soaking wet! Why give us the option if you’re not going to do it? The water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible and I was unable to wash my hair both days we were there. I don’t think I would stay here again due to the issues we had with what I’ve mentioned above.
