Listing not correct

We booked this place as the ad said 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a fireplace. No fireplace and only one bathroom. Then they argued with me that I was incorrect! Place was nice enough, but needs a good mopping of the floors as they were really sticky like drinks had been spilled or something. A coffee press would be a great addition.
