Getting Around:
The apartment is well positioned for exploring Belfast on foot and by public transport. Botanic Avenue, Queen's University, Botanic Gardens, the Ulster Museum and Belfast Empire Music Hall are all within easy walking distance, while Belfast city centre is approximately 20 minutes away on foot.
Botanic Train Station is around a 5-minute walk away, providing rail connections across Belfast and beyond. Regular bus services are also available nearby. On-street parking may be available in the surrounding area, but spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Please read our Additional Rules carefully before booking. The minimum age for guests is 25, unless the booking is for a family.
After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.
The apartment is located within a residential building, so guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no lift.

We're a small local team and are available every day from 9am–5pm. You'll receive clear arrival instructions before your stay, along with a helpful Guidebook with information about the property and local area. As the apartment operates with self-check-in, you won't need to meet a member of our team on arrival, but we're always happy to answer questions or help with anything you may need during your stay.
