Stayed over for one night, it was in an ideal location for getting to the hockey game. Plenty bars around the hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They looked after us more than they probably should have. We had such a positive experience here. The rooms were basic but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was a bit steep but it was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Good accommodation but disappointing breakfast

The receptionist was very friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. However, I found the breakfast menu extremely disappointing. Very average and unhealthy food with absolutely no healthy options like fruit, cereals (porridge,museli) yogurt, cheese, wheaten brown bread. Furthermore, the canteen staff started clearing away before 10am, I tried to get a coffee refill at 9.50 and was disappointed to see that the machine was in cleaning mode, in other words, closed down.

Felt after paying over £400 for one night that the room was very average (over bath shower, no fridge in room) and not good value. Breakfast was also not included at this rate and £18 also to park! Room also not ready on arrival. Staff either very good or a bit 'hit and miss' (suspect staffed mainly by students.....) and didnt really know what supposed to be doing.

Fabulous location, excellent staff and good food. The only issue we had were other guests who enjoyed slamming doors until the early hours. Not an easy task as the doors did close quietly if allowed to do so. Cant hold tbe hotel responsible for their guests selfish actons!

Terrific!

Our stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. The Breakfast is delicious!

The hotel was ideal location for our stay snd close to everything we needed, the beds are rubbish and need replacing. Wooden bed frames sound like theyre about to break in two and mattresses are rubbish.
