Inside, the home offers a relaxed, comfortable space designed for gathering and unwinding. Play a game of pool, settle in with a book, or enjoy a cozy evening with board games after a day spent outdoors. Large, inviting living areas and ceiling fans throughout create a comfortable place to land at the end of the day.

This private downstairs unit offers step-free access. The homeowner lives on-site. Pets are welcome with a fee (paid prior to arrival). Exterior security cameras are in place facing outward only. There is ample driveway parking for up to five vehicles, with additional space for a trailer.

This home is the private lower level of a duplex-style property, with a separate residence above. Each unit has its own entrance, parking, and private space. The upstairs unit is often unoccupied but may be used at times during the year.
