We appreciated the effort that went into remodeling the condo—it had a fresh feel and there was clearly an attempt to make it homey and functional. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly when we weren’t given the entry code, even after asking. The owner thought we were checking in on a different day, which was not our fault and created unnecessary stress as we had to call customer support to get access. At first glance, the condo looked clean, but as we settled in we noticed issues. Pet hair was everywhere—on beds, couches, edges of carpets, and even in the freezer. While we understand this is a pet‑friendly property, the level of hair was excessive, and both my wife and I became sick during the trip, likely due to allergies. One bed appeared made, but we discovered the sheets had never been put on, which was disappointing. The layout also felt awkward. There was no proper kitchen table (we had to move it into the living room to use it), a quirky bike‑style island that was cute but impractical, no place to hang towels in the main level bathroom, cramped entry, and a downstairs bathroom built around the water heater that made it difficult to use comfortably.Overall, while the condo has potential and shows effort in its remodel, the combination of entry issues, cleanliness concerns, and odd layout made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
