Great location for attending a game in Fayetteville, seeing sights in Bentonville, or playing golf in Bella Vista. Very comfy and clean home. My only suggestion would be to add a king sized bed in the downstairs bedroom for when two adult couples travel together. Lovely stay!

We love the location. We love the house. Everything was nice and clean. The only thing that I didn’t like. Was that there one of the TV in the bedrooms but other than that, it was an awesome place to stay.

Bella vista house

Great house , very clean. Nestled in a wooded area, quiet neighborhood. Everything provided was excellent. Did have an issue with hot water getting to the kitchen and downstairs shower but everything else worked great. Would stay here again.

Quiet, accessible neighborhood located on a green belt w/ two balconies overlooking 70-feet tall trees and forest - beautiful setting. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, every BR gets a BA, good couches, roomy, working ice maker, good value overall. Recommended!

This was the perfect house for our girls trip for the Craft Fair in War Eagle. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Great living area and kitchen with lots of room. It was also nice to be able to put the car in the garage at night.

Nice and quiet, perfect for families in Bella Vista.

Our family of 5 stayed there for a long weekend. The beds were very comfortable the floor plan was great (very open living area). Everything was very clean and as described on the renting site (and there was heat). Communication was simple and clear. We even got a message that we could check in early if we needed to. The location in a cul de sac with the forest in the back was very quiet, saw some dears and racoon from the deck while having my morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. TV is only streaming but we could log in into our Disney+ and Netflix accounts and watch movies. We would definitely stay there again. It was a great location for our visits of parks, trails, sites around Bella Vista/ Bentonville/ Lafayette. No complaints.
