Sehr entspannter als Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Dachgasse. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gutes Ferienhaus für kleine Familien

An sich ein sehr gutes Ferienhaus für Familien. Zum Strand muss man etwas fahren(ca. 15-20 min), für uns war es aber kein Nachteil, weil die Siedlung dadurch ruhig war und bei der Fahrt zum Strand hat man etwas vom Land gesehen. Wir waren zu fünft dort. Für Kinder gut, weil es eingezäunt ist. Die Poolanlage ist auch sehr gut und alles für Kinder abgesichert. Wir haben nur in dem Haupthaus gewohnt. Nebenan in der ausgebauten Garage befinden sich 3 Schlafplätze, diese ist allerdings nicht mit dem Haupthaus im Innern verbunden. Somit muss man immer raus gehen um z.b. zur Toilette, etc. zu kommen. Wenn man mehr als 2 Schlafzimmer braucht muss man dies in Kauf nehmen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief sehr gut und schnell.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la casa Pepita . Piscine collective très sympa . Maison bien équipée , pas loin des commerces et de la mer (10-15 min en voiture). La voiture me paraît obligatoire pour y séjourner. L’entrée et la sortie des lieux sont bien organisées et facile. Un bon séjour pour visiter les alentours et profiter de la piscine …

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble.

Agréable dans l'ensemble. Jardin bien arboré avec des zones ombragées. L'endroit de piscine est agréable aussi avec un terrain de pétanque ombragé à disposition. Très agréable le barbecue à l'extérieur. Proposition de rajouter la climatisation et documentations d'endroits à visiter. Nous avons été un peu surpris de trouver des éléments de cuisine en panne (fours) et portes des armoires de cuisines branlantes. Sinon, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible en cas de souci.
