This newly built home features a spacious open layout with current and stylish furnishings, under-counter icemaker for large coolers and a welcoming atmosphere—ideal for visiting students, families, or Penn State fans.

Primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, end tables and a desk with a smart tv. Also includes an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Towels, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap are included for your convenience in each bathroom.

Second bedroom includes a queen canopy bed with end tables, a ceiling fan and two decorative mirrors.Third bedroom includes two twin beds with sconces for reading and a decorative nightstand for additional items.

The second and third bedroom share a full hall bathroom, which features a shower/tub combination.

The home also includes many amenities on the first floor, such as a 60 inch round dining table with corner nook that comfortably fits 6. There are 3 stylish bar stools on the kitchen island for additional seating. We had a great stay at this house! It’s brand new and has everything you need, it felt like home.The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the Sonos entertainment system and WiFi worked flawlessly. We loved the Nespresso coffee machine!The location was perfect, we had quick access to both Penn State campus and restaurants downtown.We will definitely be back!.
