Lovingly referred to as Virginia's House, this spacious 3-bedroom home is located in a quiet residential area. Sharing a back yard with the owner offers complete privacy with assistance only a few yards away. Seasonally, pick fresh berries for your breakfast, relax in the beautiful gardens or fire up the grill on the back porch.
First floor features a cozy living room with comfy sofa, fireplace, & smart TV. The large dining room with plenty of room at the table for family feasts. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances- just bring the food! A generous office space with large desk is located in the laundry room with half bath.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a newly renovated modern bathroom with a combination shower and tub. The master bedroom has a lush queen-sized bed, desk or vanity with mirror, and plenty of storage with a roomy closet and robust dresser. Across the way, you will find another sizeable bedroom with two twin beds, a dresser, desk, and smaller closet. A small bedroom contains a twin bed, dresser, and small closet.
Virgnia's house has a spacious front porch with wicker seating, as well as a smaller back porch with table for outdoor dining. Pets welcome for a small fee.

A charming eclectic mix of decor in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk to downtown. A perfect home away from home just like we needed for our short stay. Very responsive to messages and accommodated our needs.
