This was am easy booking. Our room and amenities were as described but actually better. Easy check in and out. Accommodating, professional and friendly staff. Nice property and grounds. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Id stay here again. Also, a fantastic Indian market across the way i highly recommend.

Arrived in time to watch the second half of the NFL AFC championship game, network channels were not working. Went to set the room temperature, thermostats on wall not working. Took a shower, ended up standing in 4” of water. Room was clean but definitely showing its age. Bed was comfortable and free breakfast was edible. Would not stay here again.

Decent place for the price point. Our room could use a little maintenance. Sink at drink bar dripped, shower curtain was too short so water splashed out on the floor but the real problem was the heat never really kicked up. We turned the thermostat up repeatedly to get it warm enough to sleep comfortably. Step up to the bathroom not ideal and buildings have no elevators. Breakfast was good with hot items scrambled eggs, sausage links and a waffle maker.

Excellent staff! Great customer service!

The room was nice. We had a view of the pool. It was off-season so the pool wasn’t open, but would’ve been great in the summer. There was a hot tub, but we weren’t able to use it as we didn’t bring our suits. Wish we had. The staff was amazing. Very helpful even changed our room to the 1st floor as they don’t have elevators & made it so that we were close to the outside door and didn’t have a long way to walk as I am having knee replacement surgery later this week. They were even kind enough to bring us ice as the ice machine in our building had been unplugged. We would definitely stay there again. In the future, I would ask for extra blankets as they don’t have comforters on their bed and we didn’t realize it until later in the evening.

The staff took could care of us. There is no elevator and the clerk moved us to a ground floor. It is rather obvious, we are seniors.

This was the worst stay at a Hotel I have ever had I dont even know where to begin. should it be the dead person in the parking lot or the hair in the shower that was not mine when I came back for my second night stay or the giant spider above the bed or the power going off in middle of the night or the staff calling out so there was no breakfast not that I would of eaten it because of the rash I got sleeping in a very stained bed. I urge Expedia to not recommend this Hotel.

Mediocre for the cost.

This place is fine, but it could use some help. For example, it could use help with wall outlets that work. Or the ability to loan a cork screw out - or even have one at the front desk. Or breakfast to be available when they say it will be available. Or cleaning up sullied towels from behind the nighttables before new guests arrive. The hot tub is cool, I guess.

Old property with nothing but a clean bed.

An old propert. Clean rooms and bed. Outside stairs was not great. Building spred apart. Hot tup was even 100 degrees. That was very disappointing. Over all i would not stay here again.

I had a great experience the manager Jyoti was very helpful and has a big smile and a warm greeting. Made me feel welcomed and that I was in good hands . The check in and check out was very efficient. The staff kept the breakfast station clean and everything was decorated so festive for the holiday season. My bed was comfortable and my room was clean and smoke free! Thank you so much for the fabulous hospitality! I look forward to my next visit ! Happy New Year to all the staff that worked together as a team to make my vacation so enjoyable!
