Worst place I have stayed at, and by far the most horrible customer service experience. This hotel advertises its suite as having 3 bedrooms (on Expedia) when it’s one bedroom with just one bed and a couple of other pull out beds. What makes it worse is that the pull out beds don’t even have enough room to be pulled out properly. The trundle bed won’t come out properly because of a cabinet in the room. When we asked the staff to move the cabinet, they first did so but then upon being told by their manager Meghan, they put the cabinet back which meant the trundle bed was unsafe as it won’t lock in with the cabinet in place. The manager doesn’t even have the courtesy to take a phone call to discuss this. Such blatant disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. STAY AWAY from this place by all means.

We always stay here when visiting my son at Western Washington University. It’s close to the airport so it’s very convenient. The place is very clean, well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. I would love to see them have a free breakfast buffet instead of a restaurant, but there are so many great places to eat in Bellingham that we generally just go out for breakfast anyway.
