The Ferns Guesthouse offers a variety of well-appointed accommodations & social spaces, set in a cozy Small Town in the heart of Texas Bluebonnet Country.

The main home is a Victorian beauty, restored and modernized to host families & friends. While preserving the charm and character of the original floors, you will enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen spaces.

Off the back porch, the property unfolds to include a private Cottage Studio, which sleeps up to (3) guests and includes a full-sized, private bathroom.

The Pavilion is the center of the property and includes a full kitchen, TV, bar (seats up to 12). There is a large gas grill, (2) gas burners for cooking, a dishwasher, sink & disposal, and full-sized French door refrigerator. Additional appliances are available — please inquire with the host.

The backyard oasis was designed to offer each guest ample space to unwind and enjoy themselves. A large raised patio deck surrounds the Pavilion and connects the House & Cottage, then steps down towards the pool. There are several seating spaces on the patio and in the gardens. There is a raised gas fire element with fire-side seating, which can be enjoyed in any season.

Essential toiletries are provided in each bathroom for hands, hair, and body. We offer luxe bath products that gently clean, have an enriching aroma, and are eco-sensitive. Please inquire with the host if you have special requests — custom bath packages are available and we’d love to make your experience as perfect as possible!

All linens and towels are 100% cotton.
Fiber wifi is available to all guests.
Commercial-grade disinfectant is used in bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.
