Not really a cozy cabin. It was a dilapidated cabin that the jungle is slowly consuming or destroying. It felt like the two floors were going to collapse if we moved wrong. No hot water came out of the small slit in the shower head. This is more like a backpacker cabin/hostel. I was afraid of all the bugs that could come in all the holes and cracks. The manager was really nice and attentive with communication. The instructions were clear. Hospitable and had several waters and snacks available. I am sure they are just trying to make a living but this shouldn't have been a 9.4 rating which is why I booked it. We left and found a different hotel for the remaining nights because we just couldn't tolerate another night.
