Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Embora o atendimento da recepcionista Letícia ser excelente, não tive uma boa experiência na minha estadia. O quarto reservado estava sujo, a cama, que deveria ser de casal, foi improvisada com a junção de 2 camas de solteiro e ficou mto desconfortável. As toalhas estavam beeem encardidas, desgastadas e com cheiro ruim.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem no hotel, que se encontrava em condições totalmente inadequadas. A limpeza do local era inexistente. As toalhas fornecidas estavam encardidas, manchadas e visivelmente sujas. Os lençóis também estavam em péssimo estado: manchados, sujos, extremamente finos e quase transparentes de tão gastos. Os cobertores eram escuros, com cheiro forte e desagradável de fumaça. O café da manhã oferecido foi decepcionante, com produtos de baixa qualidade. O pão de forma, por exemplo, era de péssima marca e os utensílios usados para servir os alimentos estavam sujos, inclusive as toalhas plásticas que cobriam as mesas. O hotel, embora antigo, carece de manutenção básica e urgente. No último dia da minha estadia, o chuveiro do quarto queimou e me pediram para tomar banho em outro quarto e depois retornar ao meu. Recusei, pois achei a situação absurda, e solicitei uma troca de quarto. Fui colocada primeiro em um quarto com forte cheiro de esgoto. Depois, transferiram-me para outro onde a TV não funcionava, a roupa de cama estava novamente suja e a televisão ainda estava em cima do frigobar, o que é completamente inadequado. Apesar de o atendimento dos funcionários ter sido atencioso, todo o restante da experiência foi extremamente frustrante. Não esperava luxo, mas, no mínimo, higiene, conforto básico e um ambiente em boas condições de uso. Infelizmente, foi uma das piores experiências que já tive em um hotel.

Declínio total em conforto ao cliente!!!

Péssimo, pois as condições de asseio, conforto e preocupação do hotel para com o hóspede, e quase nulo!!!! Muitos fungos, cheiro de mofo no interior do apartamento, vazamento em torneira do banheiro, excesso de lodo nos rejuntes do piso no box do baheiro, paredes mofadas, assento do vaso sanitário quebrado, ou seja, pessimas condições de hospedagem! Vale ressaltar que antencipei minha saida desse hotel devido as suas pessimas condições.

O hotel está em um estado deplorável, um cheiro de mofo terrível, paredes úmidas, caindo aos pedaços, elevador não funciona, a TV não pega nem globo, o chuveiro é frio, o papel higiênico uma lixa, não há limpeza do quarto, troca de toalhas, mesmo em estadia longa, o colchão é todo torto e o café da manhã não tem opção nenhuma, sucos de pó e pães amanhecidos. Se a diária fosse 50 reais ainda seria cara pelo que oferecem.

O hotel tem um ótimo buffet de café da manhã e a sopa servida também é muito boa. No entanto, os banheiros precisam de melhor higienização e a comunicação da equipe, especialmente na hora do check-out, deixa a desejar. Fomos cobrados por bebidas que não consumimos e questionados como se estivéssemos mentindo, mesmo tendo pago toda a estadia à vista — uma situação bastante constrangedora.
