Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

PESSIMO

O atendimento em si é bom, porém, o hotel deixou muito a desejar. Não contém interfone para comunicação, as luzes são queimadas e é preciso persistir clicando no interruptor para que ela fique acesa, luzes baixas demais e incomodas para iluminação, limpeza nível baixo o chão estava coberto por ciscos e o box do banheiro com lodo e cantos com sujeiras acumuladas, a porta do banheiro é preciso aplicar força para fechá-la e é perigoso cair pois fica suspensa apenas por cima, em baixo não há nada que prenda e a controle da televisão não funciona.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, todos extremamente prestativos. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, itens do fundue frios e pães franceses murchos. Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, porém quarto sem cortina, frigobar e tapete no banheiro.

Péssima hospedagem

Escolhi o Hotel Metrópole para passar uma semana de férias, pois pelas fotos parecia ser uma ótima opção. No entanto, a experiência foi extremamente frustrante. Precisei trocar de quarto três vezes devido a problemas como chuveiro queimado, falta de água e estrutura precária. O Wi-Fi não funcionava em nenhum andar, prejudicando meu trabalho remoto. Além disso, os quartos eram mal higienizados e muito diferentes das imagens divulgadas. O atendimento também deixou muito a desejar. Solicitei talheres e fui tratada com extrema grosseria pela atendente Jennifer, que inicialmente alegou que a cozinha estava fechada, depois afirmou que era norma do hotel e, por fim, insinuou que hóspedes costumam furtar talheres — uma acusação indireta e totalmente inaceitável. Fiquei sabendo ainda que um funcionário, que tentava auxiliar os hóspedes a resolver esses problemas, foi demitido. As fotos do site não correspondem à realidade: os quartos são pequenos, com forte cheiro de mofo, e a recepção, embora funcione 24 horas, não resolve as demandas — sempre alegando que apenas a gerente pode tomar decisões. O hotel não oferece nem o mínimo de conforto e suporte esperado para hóspedes que, muitas vezes, estão longe de sua cidade natal. Definitivamente, não recomendo.
