Apenas se salva o café da manhã

Com exceção do café da manhã (que estava maravilhoso) e do atendimento da recepção, o restante foi péssimo. O quarto tem as paredes todas manchadas e sujas dando um aspecto de insalubridade, o cliente não tem certeza se os lençóis e as mantas são objetos limpos, o travesseiro é sofrível, todo ruído, o banheiro sem ducha higiênica, e em todos os dias que a gente ficou lá a equipe não trocou as toalhas. Não tinha interfone para ligar para recepção, então os problemas simplesmente passaram batido porque nós não tínhamos tempo de ficar reclamando por coisas tão essenciais.
