Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

Logo que chegamos ao quarto, havia um barulho absurdo de obra sendo realizada em outro cômodo, além do cheiro muito forte de tinta. Fomos à recepção reclamar do barulho e pedir que nos trocassem de quarto (estávamos no 608) e em retorno, nos falaram que era um serviço pontual e que já seria finalizado. Saímos e no outro dia às 7h da manhã acordamos com a mesma obra, mas não foi feita nenhum esforço para parar/mudança de quarto ou prorrogação da nossa diária, justamente pq ficaríamos hospedadas apenas por um dia (para o hotel não compensava nos reacomodar). Sequer conseguimos falar diretamente com a gerente (mesmo o staff informando do nosso contato). O hotel foi totalmente inflexível e tivemos q ficar naquele barulho insuportável, sem conseguir descansar até a hora da nossa saída a qual antecipamos pq n aguentamos mais. Dessa vez, me hospedei apenas por um dia, mas em uma próxima viagem maior, certamente n ficarei nesse hotel. Além disso, os rejuntes do banheiro estavam repletos de modo. A experiência foi horrível, ressalvado o tratamento do funcionário messias e da equipe do café da manhã/cozinha que são pessoas incríveis.

A equipe do hotel é toda incrível. Muito educada e solícita. Vou ponderar os pontos positivos e negativos que acho importante que os viajantes avaliem antes de escolher um hotel: POSITIVOS: 1) Equipe: nota mil. Todos foram extremamente solicitos e educados. 2) Café da manhã: bastante variedade. Eu, particularmente, tenho um cuidado com minha alimentação e não tive problemas! MUito pelo contrário. Suco de fruta (muitos locais não tem sucos integrais), variedade de sementes como chia, linhaça e etc. A equipe do café era muito zelosa. Inclusive, me viram comendo ovo e avisavam quando o ovo estava saindo novamente. Destaque para os funcionarios Messias, Rodrigo e o terceiro que estava sempre lá, mas não gravei o nome dele. 3) Localização: Próximo de diversos restaurantes a pé. Em menos de 5min você encontra um restaurante. NEGATIVOS Limpeza: o quarto estava sujo. tinha grama ao lado do telefone, que também estava muito empoeirado. O box estava num estagio terrivel. MUITO lodo. Cogitamos comprar x14 para limpar o banheiro. Da arrumação diária nao tenho o que falar, mas o quarto nos foi entregue sujo. Barulho: MUITO barulho de madrugada. Brigas, gritaria. Toda madrugada eu acordava assustada. Meu quarto era virado para a rua do lado, onde um trailler/bar fica a noite toda. Tem movimento até 7 da manhã. E a janela de vidro nao fecha dos dois lados. Então não tinha como reduzir o ruído. Isso durante a semana, final de semana foi pior.
