July 4th availability...**Dog-friendly (pre-approve before you book). Find your happy place at our quaint home in Bemus Point Village. THE INN OFF MAIN is a pristine early 1900's, fully updated sanctuary in the heart of the Village. You will love this travelers' retreat with plenty of privacy, yet within walking distance to all that the Village has to offer -- restaurants, shops, Chautauqua Lake, local grocery store, ice-cream shop (a local favorite!), walking/hiking trails, playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts and more. Enjoy the quiet & rural feeling with a lively Village just a stroll away!

This private [1,150 sq. ft] single-family home sits 2 blocks away from the Lake and lovely Bemus Point Village, yet with its large porch, NEW PATIO! and spacious front yard, you will feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the Village vacation life. Our property was once home to multiple fishermen cottages—the original No.1 'tiny' house still resides on our property and has been fully restored and remodeled by the prior owners.

In 2019, The now Inn Off Main received a new build, adding a 2½ car garage and upstairs Master bedroom. On the second level, The Inn has two private bedrooms - (1) Master bedroom with king bed + 2 single beds (twin trundle bed) and (1) Queen bedroom. The pass through room with Queen bed is a 3rd bedroom--less privacy but a perfect room for families with children or a friends' trip together! There are two full bathrooms —one on each floor. On the main floor is the living-room and fully stocked kitchen. The spacious covered porch acts as an added outdoor living escape, complete with access to the firepit, gas grill, patio (NEW!) and entertainment cottage - our 'tiny' house.

Keeping with the quaintness and nostalgia of the area, we are excited to announce that The Inn Off Main is currently undergoing yet another remodel in time for the vacation season! Our guests will enjoy a freshly painted interior, newly installed upstairs floors, all brand new beds/mattresses. a laundry room added and complete change in decor to enhance our guests’ experience.

This is our third CHQ vacation home to share with our guests and we are excited to welcome you! While we will be launching The INN Off Main in June 2024, we are proud to say that as VRBO 'Premier Hosts' with over 200+ *5-star * property reviews, we take pride in honoring all aspects of what makes our guest experiences a priority. We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. You park right next to the front porch in front of the garage so access into the house is nearly effortless. There are about 4 steps up to the porch. The garden area is just off the porch and very inviting and homey. The kitchen is amply furnished with just about anything you might need. The laundry is on the garage side which requires the same 3-4 steps down. All bedrooms are upstairs with the King and daybed room being the farthest away and over the garage area. The home is just gorgeously decorated. I love the minimalist decor, it's easy to keep clean, not too busy. I did read ALL customer reviews before our stay and noticed then that you are required to make up your own bed(s) of your choosing, no problem for us, just so that everyone is aware. We had not come across that before, but I did like that the sheets and towels are clearly marked in each bedroom and inside zipped containers, so they stay fresh. Great idea! Communication was timely and the hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful! We have no problem recommending this property and would consider staying again if we find ourselves in the area.

The house was located in a great location in Bemis Point. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Very spacious, clean accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The porch was a perfect place to hang out on a beautiful fall day. Can't wait for an opportunity to make a return visit!

It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated home. The southern porch was our favorite place to sit. Everything that we needed was available. Beds were very comfortable. We have been staying in Bemus for many years and this is one of our favorite places.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOME! If you want to be in the middle of all of the Bemus activity, this location and immaculate home is the perfect spot for you! I could not give any VRBO any higher rating than this Bemus home. Perfect for relaxing on the porch or dining on the little patio area - it's just the perfect home for gathering! The owners, Debra and Rick, and their staff, went out of their way, over and above, to make sure, even a last minute schedule adjustment, was accommodated with grace and understanding. I can't rave enough about this property! THANK YOU for making my visit "home" (I grew up in the area) to Bemus such a memorable experience!

Bemus Point 2.0

Our family really enjoyed this house for the 2nd year in a row! It was clean with a capital C and had a huge yard to play the many provided yard games with our kids! It was a great respite from our daily adventures. It’s so close to what Bemus Point had to offer but also just far away enough to feel secluded. Debra was always within an ear shot if we needed and they were a gracious host. Don’t tell your friends! Hah!

What a wonderful property!! Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I brought items typically not included at a property, but I didn’t need them this time! Our stay could not have been better. The description of the home was spot on. Actually, we have never seen a cleaner property. It was walking distance to everything we wanted plus more. Our host gave us information on other events and was ever so helpful before and during our stay. Great location!

Quaint getaway in a charming town

Exceptionally well decorated and well kept property with owner’s attention to detail for the guests. Hosts are readily available for questions/answers and offer restaurant/area attractions! We would highly recommend this property to friends/family. Sunsets on the lake are a five minute walk away.

We had a wonderful time. It was too bad the weather did not cooperate so we could sit outside on the beautiful porch. We were disappointed that all the stores were not open we were still able to keep ourselves busy. We did crazy things and had fun and relaxed. The only issue was that we were surprised to find that we had to make the beds. All the other places we have stay at the beds were made when we got there

Quiet and close to things

House was nicely located close to everything in town and the water. We had a little issue getting the door to open but Deb and Rick were quick to help and get it sorted out. The house is plenty big for a family of 8 comfortably, the layout upstairs is a little odd but is spacious.

Not just a House, but a Home

The house at Bemus Point was exactly as the pictured portrayed, but better. The complete renovation was extremely well done, with quality materials and fixtures. The aesthetics made us feel right at home, and the location can't be beat. We wil definitely consider another trip to thislocation and to this home--can't wait to se the great otdoor space.
