This stunning three-bedroom / three-bathroom apartment is situated just minutes away from the prestigious Villa Padierna Hotel and Spa and its three golf courses. Ideal for couples, families and keen golfers alike this property doesn't fail to please. The apartment has a luxurious finish throughout, as well as a large balcony overlooking the golf course and sea. The apartment includes access to all five of the swimming pools (three adult, two children) and tennis court within the complex. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and ample storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary mod cons. The apartment boasts two dining areas, one inside and one on the spacious terrace area. Similarly guests can chose to relax on the sofa in front of the state of the art TV, or outside on the covered terrace. This property is managed exclusively by Anda Homes. Should you need anything during your stay one of our property managers will always be available to help. This rental is situated in Los Flamingos Urbanization part of the exclusive Villa Padierna Estate. The 5 Star Palace Hotel is just minutes away and has a variety of restaurants and bars on offer. However, it's most famous for its award winning Spa (2017 Best Medical Spa Europe by World Luxury Spa Awards) The resort has three courses: Flamingos Golf, Alferini Golf and Tramores Golf; as well as the Tramores Golf Academy by Michael Campbell —the only school in Europe specializing in the short game and private classes. This property is situated 45 minutes by car either side of Malaga International Airport (AGP) and Gibraltar International Airport (GIB) The closest beach is a mere five minutes away by car. The restaurants, bars and nightlife of Puerto Banus and Estepona can be accessed comfortably within 15 minutes, while Marbella is a 20-minute drive away. The closest supermarkets are five minutes away. Should you wish to travel further afield the historic cities of Malaga and Ronda are under an hour away.
