The complex offers a communal swimming pool and separate kids pool within its beautifully kept grounds. Just 2.5km away is the nearest beach where you can enjoy the beach bars/restaurants and shops. Just over 1km away is Torrequebrada Golf club. The apartment offers two spaces in the underground parking, hot & cold vented AC throughout and free WIFI.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, arranged over one floor and is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The open plan living space offers a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate utility room and small breakfast bar with stools. Leading out from the kitchen is the terrace garden area, furnished with a dining seating area and sun loungers. The lounge benefits from a large comfortable L shaped sofa bed, that can be pulled out to make a king size bed. There is also an armchair and a 49¨TV. Leading out from the lounge you enter the covered part of the terrace, where you can enjoy the dining area for up to six people and a lounge seating area. From here you can enjoy the views to the pool and grounds.
