1 Bedroom apartment is divided through 80sq m , with large balcony , spacious and bright , with comfortable furniture . Property located steps away from the beach famous bars, restaurants and supermarket .

Property located is in Torrequebrada part of Benalmadena , only 20min drive away from Malaga International airport , and 5 minutes drive from famous award winning Benalmadena Puerto Marina .



Swimming pools are open from 10th of June to 25th of September , how ever there is a sunbathing area which can be used all year long , kids playground and padel courts can be used all year round apartment located in safe area with community parking available ( July and August can be harder to find parking spot )

Apartment is not very suitable for disabled people even apartment is build on one level but there is small hill before you reach the building which can be complicated for disabled people .
