Charming 2-plan villa in La Capellania, Benalmádena with private swimming pool and beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is very spacious inside as well as outside and there are several cosy corners and terraces on the plot.
From the entrance you enter directly into a large living room with dining table and cosy sofa area. From the living room you have direct access to an open and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is nicely furnished and has direct access to terraces on both sides of the villa.
The main terraces and pool area are facing south which makes it perfect for sun bathing.
In total there are 5 bedrooms in the house, which all are located on the lower floor:
Bedroom 1: Contains double bed, wardrobe and bathroom en-suite.
Bedroom 2: Contains double bed, a dresser, and has view to the sea.
Bedroom 3: Contains double bed, a dresser, and has view to the sea.
Bedroom 4: Contains double bed and a dresser.
Bedroom 5: Contains double bed and wardrobe
There is direct access to the outside area and terraces from all the bedrooms.
There is a total of 2 bathrooms in the house, which both is in connection with 2 of the rooms, and then there is a guest toilet on the upper floor. The pool area is nicely decorated with outdoor shower and 6 sun loungers. There is outdoor dining table and lounge furniture on both sides of the villa and with a barbecue gas grill available it will surely make for several good 'Mediterranean dinners'.
The house is located in the sought-after neighbourhood of La Capellania in Benalmádena, close to Torrequebrada Golf and Casino. At the entrance to the urbanization there is a supermarket and restaurants and the urbanization stretches all the way down to the sandy beach of Playa La Cubana in Carvajal Benalmádena / Fuengirola with several delicious Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) where you can also rent sun loungers, sun umbrellas, etc.

Lovely villa, check in process lacking
The villa was lovely with lots of space and everything you could possibly need. A little far out but taxis readily available. 15 minute walk to the sea front with bars and restaurants but steep hill to walk back up.
Check in process was poor. The key manager told us nothing about the villa and didn't show us round. We wrongly assumed there would be a welcome book but alas no. We had no wifi code, no alarm instructions, had to speak to a neighbour to find out where rubbish bins were. We reported a couple of maintenence issues but nobody attended.
