Situated near La Trobe University and less than 10 minutes from Bendigo's CBD, you'll feel right at home in this 3 bedroom home that fits up to 6 guests.

Walk inside and you'll find a light-filled open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area designed for relaxing. With carefully selected furnishings, a cozy wood fire, flat screen TV with free to air/ streaming services, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, you can enjoy comfort year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dishwasher and even a coffee pod machine. Use this space to enjoy a meal, a movie or some light reading next to the fire. When you're finished socialising, you'll be able to get a great night sleep in 1 of 3 bedrooms, each fitted with a queen size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Step outside to an incredible backyard made for entertaining. The undercover deck has ceiling fans, outdoor seating and a BBQ. The beautifully maintained gardens and firepit area create the perfect spot to gather and unwind under the stars. Please note that firewood is not provided and guests will need to bring this for their stay.

PortaCot Available:
We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $75 fee.

- Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival.
- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.
- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property. Guests will not have access to the garage.
