The rooms were clean, The staff were excellent and very helpful. The food was excellent and the rooftop bar was amazing. The front office manager Vinayak was very helpful and courteous. Overlall everything was excellent

Very friendly staff all round at The Lofts. Great check-in experience and customer service while we were there. Some slightly rough edges around some of the fixtures and fittings in the room but these are easily over looked with the friendliness of the staff!

Wonderful stay! Stayed here for 3 weeks From check-in to check -out, everything was seamlessly. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stared for 4 nights and it was quite safe and very convenient. Staff is very humble and friendly. Food options are really great and they have bar at the top floor. I can definitely recommend this hotel to someone.
