Appartement conforme à la description, tout pour passer de bonne vacances. Endroit très sympa plage très proche Pierre l’hôte nous donne pleins de bons conseils. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Tout était parfait . Nous n'avions besoin que de nos vêtements car beaucoup de linge de maison ainsi que de vaisselle . Je recommande fortement cette location . Par ailleurs le propriétaire est très sympa

Séjour très mitigé

Location qui est plutôt bien située dans un quartier calme ,le logement est correct mais vétuste en particulier le mobilier. Après un bon séjour malgré les travaux des voisins ,lesmauvaises surprises se sont accumulées. À notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par une personne sur place qui n'a pas daigné faire un état des lieux. Le lendemain sms du proprio affirmant que nous étions 7 personnes au lieu de 6 ce qui est un mensonge. Au moment du départ, nous avons eu droit à une heure de retard de l'interlocuteur sur place qui a fait un rapide état de lieux qu'il a validé avec enthousiasme , ensuite le pire est arrivé... Nous avons été contacté par le proprio par sms pour me sermonner au sujet d'une commode en bois que nous aurions abîmé ( ce que je n'ai jamais constaté ). À la suite d'un arrangement ,ce monsieur m'a réclamé 80 € pour le meuble que j'ai réglé de bonne foi malgré mes doutes. Dans la foulée ,il nous as réclamé 50 € pour une chaise de jardin en plastique que j'ai refusé de payer car déjà cassée à notre arrivée. Plus de 15 jours après notre séjour, le proprio revient à la charge au sujet de la personne supplémentaire qui n'existe que dans son imagination et celle de ses voisins. Car oui voilà, apparemment un très mauvais service de renseignement réside dans le quartier et raconte visiblement des sautises au sujet des locataires de cette résidence. Bien sûr le proprio prend fait et causes pour "ses amis" et s'empressera de me dénigrer par message à la suite

Soleil comme promis, plage de sable,mer superbe.Et maison accueillante,très bien équipée,vue imprenable sur mer et PENISCOLA. Propriétaire très réactif et chaleureux. Un seul problème : il a fallu céder la place à d'autres vacanciers.Mais notre tour reviendra!

Nie wieder in dieses Haus!👎

Vermieter will uns abzocken, meint wir hätten vor der Abreise alles reinigen sollen, obwohl wir für die Endreinigung bezahlt haben. Danach meint er noch, wir hätten eine Holzkommode kaputt gemacht, obwohl das nicht stimmt. Jetzt verlangt er 100,00 € für die Reinigung. Absolut unprofessional.

Great spot

Nice house, with small garden. Living quarters and terrace on the first floor. From there, lovely view on nearby sea and small park. Well equipped. Neighbours’ children somewhat noisy at times. Good starting point for visits to Peñiscola, Castellon en Ebro Delta. Furthermore, hiking and mountainbiking in the Sierra d’Irta. And the playa on only 50 meters!

Une semaine en août à Benicarlo

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison située tout près de la mer. Quartier très tranquille, plage peu fréquentée car ce sont des petits galets, mais qui n’empêchent pas la baignade. Les plages de sable ne sont pas loin, a pied, Piscine commune à la résidence très agréable, entretenue. Commerces à proximité. Une bonne adresse, familiale. Proprietaire pas sur place à l’accueil mais très aimable, pas avare en informations pour que le séjour se déroule bien.

Conseils, pratique et reposant...

Maison idéalement placée : commerce à proximité, centre ville à 1km, plage sable à 5min à pied, mer à 50m. Maison fonctionnel: garage, jardin, buanderie, balcon terrasse vue mer. Pleins de petits détails: linge de maison, savon, éponge... pas besoins de charger la voiture. Propriétaire... super sympa, conseils sur la maison, les sorties, les restos...on ressent la passion de la région et l'envie de satisfaire les vacanciers. Merci pour cette semaine géniale

Super vacances en famille

La maison est parfaite pour un sejour en famille ( nous étions 6) , elle est grande , bien équipée , à 50 metres de la mer et de la piscine; le jardin est egalement magnifique avec en prime un grand barbecue. Bref nous recommandons cette adresse ou nous avons passé de tres belle vacances !

Super vacances en famille au bord de la mer

Nous avons passé de super vacances à Benicarló. Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison une dizaine de jours avec 2 enfants et nous avons adoré cette location . La maison est conforme à la description et est vraiment bien équipée . La proximité avec la mer et la vue depuis la pièce à vivre rend vraiment cette maison très agréable à vivre . Le propriétaire est disponible tout au long de votre séjour et à su nous conseiller sur les choses à faire pendant nos vacances . Nousn hésiterons pas à y retourner dès que nous le pourront.

grand logement avec terrasse vue mer

proche de la mer (50 m) c'est une grande maison avec terrasse. Aménagée et habitée par les propriétaires il ne s'agit pas d'une habitation anonyme louée en résidence secondaire . Elle comprend bcp d'objets personnels ce qui implique de la part du loueur une grande confiance dans les locataires. Le jardinet type tropical est agréable. 2 salles d'eau un peu étroites. Enormément de matériels et accessoires de cuisine de bonne qualité. lave linge, télé française, mais pas de lave vaisselle ! on peut s'en passer… gentiment accueillis par la dame sur place.
