Stunning location

Armelle, Bruno and their lovely sons were so welcoming and accommodating. We visited Benacasim music festival and this was a 15min car journey from here. My family were made very welcome by Armelle and her lovely family Thank you

Séjour agréable malgré quelques manque d'implication, de communication.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Armel et Bruno. Située dans le Desert de les Palmes la maison offre une vue magnifique sur les paysages alentours. Il y'a de très belles randonnées à faire proche de la maison. Il faut compter 20 minutes en voiture pour accéder aux commerces et aller à la plage. La piscine commune est spacieuse et rafraîchissante. Elle est collée à la maison. Toutefois malgré ces aspects positifs nous avons aussi été déçus par quelques points : Les prestations décritent sur l'annonce ne sont pas les mêmes que celles que nous avons reçues. Tout d'abord, il était précisé sur l'annonce que la maison possédait le wifi ce qui n'est pas le cas. Il est possible d'avoir du wifi en allant au restaurant situé au dessus de la maison mais impossible d'avoir le wifi depuis la maison. Ensuite, il était écrit sur l'annonce qu'un lave vaisselle était mis à disposition. Quand nous sommes arrivés les propriétaires nous ont expliqué que le lave-vaisselle était cassé et qu'ils l'avaient enlevé, il aurait été aimable de nous prévenir au préalable et de faire quelque chose pour remédier à ce problème. Enfin, la tuyauterie étant reliée à la fois à la piscine et à la maison nous avons eu la surprise de constater que l'eau du robinet et de la douche était chlorée, c'est un détail à préciser sur l'annonce afin de prévenir les locataires d'amener de l'eau potable pour se désaltérer car l'eau n'est pas bonne du tout. Au final le cadre était très agréable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour, cependant nous avons été confrontés à un manque de réactivité des propriétaires face aux problèmes rencontrés et un manque de communication sur l'annonce Abritel. Nous aurions apprécié un geste de leur part.

Nada recomendable

La limpieza horrible. Estaba lleno de arañas y huevos de arañas. Nada equipado. No había horno ni tv ni lavavajillas.no hay cobertura. No hay persianas y poca agua caliente. La piscina cerraba a las 20. Es comunitaria.El anuncio no lo especifica. Está lleno de Avispas y no hacen nada para evitarlo. Hay una tubería abierta y cuando se Friega se sale el agua. Los Colchones un horror! En general muy sucio y poco equipado!! No volveremos
