On arrival we were charged 30 euros for a late check-in which we had not been informed about and reading small print cannot find mention of it anywhere. The bedside cabinet fell off the wall. We had a broken kettle which wasn't replaced. There was 1 drinling mug in an apartment for 4 people which was dirty and unusable. We had no handtowels. We contacted the owner immediately. It took her 2 days to reply and no issues were solved. Would not book through this lady again. Not recommended.

Wouldn’t book with this person again

I only booked because it was a 3rd floor apartment but we were put on 8th floor . No hand towels , kitchen was tiny with nowhere to put even the kettle when we were cooking. Cupboard door was hanging off , icebox in fridge was so full of ice that the door came off when we tried to open it.

Good place to stay, near to the centre, but far enough away not to be bothered by all the noise from the strip.WiFi is available,but what they don't state in the advert is that it will cost you 20 euro to use it We didn't use it.Only other bad point, which is not the hosts fault, is that the lifts are shockingly bad.There are 3 in total and 2 only work, but you have to wait an eternity sometimes before one lands on your floor.Apart from that, very happy with our stay.The apartment could do with being refurbed sooner rather than later though.
