The problem is getting your keys for the property if you arrive on a sunday or a wensday there is no one around to tell you were to pick your keys up after asking 20 people finally the cafe next door told me were to get the keys five minute walk to another hotel by this time i had wasted 2 hours trying to get the keys there was no information how to get the keys by the information desk very poor then when you leave you have to drop the keys back at the hotel were you got them form but apart form that great place to stay on top of everything stayed on the 22nd floor great vue clean and tidy would stay again.
