Exclusive apartment on the beachfront Levante, Benidorm, next to the old town and with access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, (master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and Smart TV) and capacity for 4 people.

Apartment of 131 m² built, completely renovated and furnished with taste, with large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the accommodation, 3 Smart TV TVs, iron and hairdryer.

The American kitchen with induction island is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine, dryer.



The nearest garage is an optional parking space with an extra charge 350 meters away in the Central Market (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. After 5 days, it compensates for the weekly bonus. The cost is paid in the same car park and the rate may vary. Old Town Benidorm With a View

Excellent well appointed modern apartment in the heart of Benidorm old town. Excellent panoramic views of Levante beach and beyond. Will definitely return.
