Unique and modern two-bedroom apartment, located in an ideal place for relaxation, in the new residential complex Sunset Cliffs in Benidorm. It\'s located just 200 meters from Poniente beach, where every little detail for relaxation is provided: swimming pools with jacuzzi and natural grass, recreational spaces and sports facilities. These include a tennis court, soccer/volleyball/basketball court and a 150 meter wide gym. The apartments offer stunning sea views.
The Poniente area is a modern area with a well-developed infrastructure: restaurants, shops, public transport, a children\'s playground located right on the beach. Thanks to the unique location of the house, you can enjoy walks along the modern promenade.
The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate single beds, a sofa bed is available in the living room, the apartment is ideal for families of 6 people. On request, it is possible to provide a cot (for a child up to 3 years old).
On the terrace there is comfortable furniture: a table, armchairs, which allows guests to enjoy the fresh air with a view of the sea.
The apartment is equipped with bedding, towels, basic hygiene products.
