The villa accommodates up to four guests across two welcoming bedrooms—one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with two single beds. A second bathroom with bathtub ensures practicality for families. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, coffee machine, and dishwasher, while the living-dining area features international TV channels, a fireplace-style décor, and access to a balcony with serene views. Air conditioning, heating, and insect screens create year-round comfort, while a washing machine and private parking add extra ease for longer stays.

Ideally situated just 2 km from Benigembla’s center, guests can enjoy local shops, cafés, and traditional dining within minutes. The vibrant beaches of the Costa Blanca are a scenic 30 km drive, while nearby villages invite exploration by bike, foot, or car.
