Belle propriété

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans le villa de Mr Arquin l'intérieur est très propre et bien entretenu, le fait d'etre au rdc offre plus de possibilité et de confort. La première semaine nos voisins du dessus étaient d'une très grande discrétion, mais pas ceux de la deuxième semaine (conversation forte, pas lourd, bruit de chaise = résonnance par rapport a ceux du rdc....) Le seul point un peu contrariant est la piscine que vous partager avec les voisins de l'étage, mais également avec les gens habitant au fond de la propriété, et également leurs locataires (meme si c'est très peu). Il faut également savoir que le plus bas niveau est à environ 1m60 et au plus profond nous devons etre à 3 m (important pour des enfants en bas age ou personne peu habile avec l'eau) Par contre il ne manque rien sur la propriété (frigo, congelateur, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, barbecue gaz, etc ....

Globalement rien à dire sur cette location

Appartement très bien équipée mais un peu petit pour 4, piscine propre, environnement très calme. Le seul regret, peu de sites à visiter à proximité ! mais allez à Valence, superbe ville !
