The third bedroom boasts a French bed measuring 180 cm in length and 200 cm in width, along with a private shower/WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This bedroom also provides access to the terrace.

The main level is complete with an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
