BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for maximum 4 people.
LAYOUT: This beautiful villa is distributed on one floor, it has two lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Next to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower. The living-dining room is spacious, has rustic style furniture and decoration, it also has a fireplace with cassette and air conditioning. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with large benches to cook comfortably.
EXTERIOR: The access to the plot is through a sliding door that gives access to the parking area, the parking is uncovered and has space for several vehicles. The plot has 1.3315 m2 in which there are beautiful flowerbeds with different types of plants and shrubs. The beautiful swimming pool is located in front of the house, it has dimensions of 10x4 m2, it has big terrace spaces around it with sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful sunny days of the Mediterranean. Around the pool area there is a table with several chairs where you can enjoy a meal outside the villa.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the well known urbanization of La Fustera in Benissa Coast, only 750 meters from the sea and within a radius of 1500 meters you will find fabulous bays with crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches of the area with fine sand.
