    This traditional villa was newly renovated. Villa Granar is located in a place called Smilcic. It’s architectural balance is contributing to the harmony, simplicity and colors of the place made of stone.

    This eye and soul soothing villa offers high comfort of very interesting and well organized space suitable for a family vacation or for welcoming a bigger groups of friends. Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, living room area, kitchen and dining area and can accommodate up to 10 people.

    The interior of the villa is filled with numerous paintings and is decorated in combined traditional and modern style that creates a special atmosphere of warm home. Kitchen and dining area are filled with sunlight that comes through the large glass door which creates unique space of infield with pool when opened. Wooden furniture, stone details on walls, carefully integrated antique pieces of furniture that create home atmosphere seem to awake the old traditional stories and creating new ones at the same time.

    Perfection and a comfort of a true vacation provides a large swimming pool along with a porch with wooden table to enjoy a lunch in the open and lounge area where you can relax. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area. Total privacy is provided.

    Tolle Zeit in der Nähe von Zadar
    Es war wirklich ein tolles Haus. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir hatten 4 Kinder dabei die den Pool liebten. Sie konnten laut sein und Spaß haben ohne jemanden zu stören. Die Nähe zu Zadar und dem Meer ist super und ist auch kein großer Aufwand. Auch der Weg nach Split ist gut machbar und ein Besuch wert. Wir können es nur empfehlen 🤩

    Ideal für eine große Gruppe. Sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche, Außengrill und Freizeit (Billard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Fahrräder ...) Sehr gut klimatisiert. Toller Poolbereich, sehr schönes Pool. Äußerst netter Vermieter. Großzügig, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.

    Schönes Ferienhaus, großer Pool, Sauna, Billard, Tischtennis, Dart
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, absolut top der große Pool, 1,50m tief. 2 separat stehende Häuser mit je 2 Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich/Küche. Unseren 4 Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lage sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, nach Zadar ca 20 Minuten. Im Ort gibt es 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gefühlt immer geöffnet (bis 23:00 Uhr). Großes Grundstück mit schönen nicht einsehbaren Außenbereich, Grill... Wir haben auch die Sauna sehr genossen:-). Vermieter sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
