The room was OK, mostly clean, but not exceptional (found a pubic hair in the bed). The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially the 2nd day when they didn't serve sausage or boiled eggs, just yogurt, toast, fruit, cereal, & waffles.

Service was not great. The rooms are not the best there was a spiderweb web in my room. The cleaning crew comes late to clean the rooms.

Was a relief to be a nice clean place after booking at loyalty inn in Rockingham with roaches everywhere 3 hours of being in motel wasnt about to stay there. Will book again next year

Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff, they were very welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The location of the property was also quite good, with easy access to the surrounding area and convenient for getting around. That said, there are some areas that could use improvement. The overall cleanliness did not meet my expectations and the property itself feels a bit worn down and in need of updating. With some attention to upkeep and better housekeeping, this hotel has the potential to be much better. Even with those issues, the great staff and good location made the stay pleasant, and I would consider staying again.

I would not stay herevagain.

I got 2 rooms. My son was in 1 room and i was in the other room. The first room he gave me smelled like some smoked cigarettes in it back to back. He place us in another room that the cleaner smell would knock you out. If i hadnt booked 2 nights i would have only stayed the 1 night. The door did not shut completely. The man was over friendly because i know he didnt want a bad review. The pictures of this hotel on your site need to be updated.

This could have been a nice little property. Unfortunately Hop Sing has their whole family living here!! I have traveled to many places for work and vacation throughout the past 30+ years . It seems like every time the middle easterns come in and buy up something they 1) Half ass everything 2)it’s a FREE BUSINESS For them for the first 10years. 3) The properties are always low class but make it sound nice before you book it. All in all this place has potential for the right person who doesn’t believe that caulk with your ass and paint with the curtains is the idea of “REMOLDED “

Would even check in. It looked like something out of a movie of NARCs. There were people sitting in furniture from rooms outside the rooms when you pulled in. This place was absolutely nothing like anything that appeared on Expedia. I was scared to stay. This was the first time using Expedia what was pictured looked like a switch!!!!
