Located 100m from the sea on the edge of the Bénodet corniche on the French Atlantic Riviera, the apartment benefits from a south-west facing terrace with sea view. Upstairs served by lift, the apartment is composed of a double bedroom with new bed Queen size, a living room with TV opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
A parking space is available in the residence.

The apartment is 1 minute walk from the sea and 4 minutes from the beach as well as the Casino Barrière and the Relais Thalasso de Bénodet.

Ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.
Double bedroom: queen size bed 160x200
Living room: extra bed sofa 130x190
All bedding is new (May 2023).

Bed linen and towels not provided. Linen rental possible on request.

For the period July and August, rental is only from Saturday to Saturday.
