L'appartement est très bien
Mais a une vue sur un chantier. (Immeuble)
Le balcon est au rez de chaussée . N'importe
qui a accès au balcon donc impossible
De mettre quelque chose sur le balcon.

Appartement très bien mais vis à vis
L’appartement est conforme à la fiche mais situé au Rez de chaussée avec vis à vis sur un chantier et beaucoup de passage piéton et voiture. La terrasse ne peut pas être utilisée. Il faudrait une petite haie ou clôture occultante pour avoir un peu d’intimité

Appartement conforme au descriptif,tres bien amenagè il ne manquait absolument rien
Commerces à proximitè ,promenades le long de l ocèan très agrèables sur des kilomètres sites magnifiques Rien a direPar contre terrasse a proscrire,passage insesent de voiture de proprietaire de chien qui les font urines sur le pelouses,sans parler des travaux gigantesques d en face c est a dire a tout juste 5 metres.Un peu desolant

Très agréable séjour au calme et à 2 pas de la plage du Trez.
Baignade et running à volonté.
Après un ajustement à faire pour rejoindre facilement le rez-de-chaussée depuis le sous-sol/place de stationnement, en demandant que soit fournie une clé manquante et l’ascenseur étant momentanément hors-service, tout s’est très bien poursuivi dans une retraite de détente loin de la circulation. Accès quasi-direct à la plage. Beau et très grand studio bien aménagé et restant frais par temps caniculaire.
