The apartment has been painstakingly renovated by an award winning architect and builder with beautiful finishes and furnishings. Pride of ownership and attention to detail is very apparent.

50th Anniversary trip

We have stayed at this property numerous times. The owner is easy to communicate with. The property is very clean and the location is an easy walk to downtown or South Beach. We rode our bikes to Van Buren State Park right from property via the easy tofollow bike trails.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt in getting back to us and even found someone to come over and give our car a jump when it didn't start the morning we were leaving.Unit 2 was lovely and quaint. This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our first time in South Haven! The location couldn't be better - so close to the water, all the boats, the beach, the downtown. We walked everywhere! Perfect location!

Great location! We loved our stay at this property. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Each unit has an outdoor dining table and chairs. We enjoyed having morning coffee and people watching on the deck. We will be back!

Exactly what we needed!

We arrived to a very clean and quaint place to stay for two nights! There was so much natural light and the deck area was a nice extra space!! The location was perfect - only a block or two from the downtown as well as the marina where you could watch the boats go in and out towards the lake. We could not have asked for anything better!! We really appreciate the attention to details and especially a clean place to stay!

Cute place!

My wife and I rented this place for a getaway weekend. The place was very updated and clean. The location (close to the beach and downtown) was geat as well. Communication with the owner was awsome! The only suggestion I have is the TV could be updated. It is not a smart tv, so you cant choose to watch Netflix or other streaming services. It's still 5 stars though, and I would stay there again if in the area.
