Attention to detail and beauty is pivotal to this house. Designed to delight and inspire and support all you want to do during your stay. Filled with unique decor and attentive luxuries like 100% linen sheets and comfortable bedding, specialty curated Napier House Blend coffee from local roaster, high-speed cabled Wi-Fi, streaming smart tv, fully stocked kitchen for entertaining, outdoor area, table games, dog bed and dishes, large enclosed back yard, a personal picnic basket for sunset dinner on the beach and so much more…all to elevate your vacation. We have three bedrooms: Queen Bed, King Bed, Two Twin Beds, as well as a foldable futon in the living room that can comfortably fit one, or two smaller people.

This is a private home to you. The entire home, porch, and spacious enclosed backyard is yours to enjoy.

I give guest privacy and distance but am available for anything you might need as I live in town.

Plenty of parking on mulch parking area or cement pad. Easy access to groceries, shopping, dining, and recreation.

Lockbox is located on the back porch to the left of the stairs. Code will come the day of check in and will give you a key to the front door by driveway.

Heather was very quick to respond to questions before our stay, and she was great in accommodating some special requests. And again when I called with a question. The house is very sweet. I’ve never stayed in a rental house with live plants - I loved it. And the decorations and fabrics were thoughtful and intentional, as well as inspiring!It’s a great location, even though street traffic was a little loud at times.

This is a very clean and charming house. So many charming little details everywhere. Communication is great. Kitchen is well stocked. Not ideal for anyone who might struggle with stairs. But there is 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main level. Location is great. It’s not on the lake but it’s only 7 minutes from silver beach county park and the wonderful little downtown area. I would definitely stay again.

The house was built in the early 1900s and was restored and remodeled with very artistic and creative decor. A very unique house roughly 5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan.

Perfect spot to reconnect with a friend. The living space was ample, kitchen was stocked with supplies to cook with, and while very dog friendly it was clean and tidy!

What a beautiful and cozy house!

Napier House was just beautiful and decorated so uniquely. This was the perfect location for our girls trip and had plenty of rooms for everyone. Heather has thought of every detail we might need and the kitchen was well appointed. She was so easy to communicate with and we can’t wait to return!
