This is a stand alone home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice deck and large backyard with privacy fence, nice sun room off main bedroom to enjoy as an extra living space. This home had everything we needed. Traveling with a toddler is always chaotic but this home had a portable crib which made bed time so much easier. This home is located perfectly close to any stores or restaurants you could possibly want. The record player next to the master bedroom was a nice touch! If we are in Arkansas again we will definitely be staying here.

Host was very attentive and helped me with check in remotely. Property was clean and had tons of amenities -- so extremely convenient to have extra blankets, any and all coffee supplies, and even Styrofoam plates and cups to minimize dishwashing. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay here again!
