You'll feel comfy as soon as you enter into this recently updated home! Its convenient location just a few minutes away from both the lake and town, huge oversized driveway to fit your vehicles and boat, along with the large front porch are just a few things that sets this special place apart from others. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large open living area, nice lake-themed and modern decor, wide hallway for ease, and an extra sitting area space for having guests over for playing cards or eating. Super close to restaurants, gas stations and of course, KY Lake! In a nice family friendly neighborhood that is right on the main way to all your planned activities on Hwy 68. Everything from bedding to appliances to furniture and even the decor in this place is new! BEDROOMS: 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds. New soft sheets, pillows, curtains, remote controlled lighting and fan, faux wood blinds for either added privacy or optimal brightness. 2 of the 3 beds have new memory foam mattresses. Modern decor and new furniture in all rooms, including some multi-outlet bedside tables for charging your phone & electronics. All beds have a padded mattress topper and come with plenty of pillows. Useable closets in all bedrooms to hang your clothes, and bedroom furniture to hold your items as well. Includes 2 fold-out single-person sleepers available if needed. BATHROOMS: Updated shower heads in both, 1 has a bath & shower, the other is shower only. Soft towels and some essential toiletry items are provided. LIVING AREA: large oversized couch w/ottoman & oversized chair w/ ottoman, coffee table and side tables & lamps, plenty of pillows and blankets, TV with cable and internet, coat closet & key/coat/purse rack. If needed, 1-2 people could sleep on the couch and another could sleep on the chaise comfortably. Coat closet has a shoe rack and lets you hang your coat, and also has some games on the top shelf. Functional electronic fireplace & adjustable remote lighting for ceiling fan and wall sconces. Wide hallway for easy walk-through. SUNROOM: has an extra 4-top table & chairs attached to the kitchen for additional seating and barn-doors for privacy from the rest of the house. LAUNDRY: functional washer & dryer if you choose to do laundry during your stay, some detergent will be provided. KITCHEN/DINING: brand new appliances in 2026, stocked with plenty of various size plates and cups, utensils, pizza pan, baking sheet, pot, pan, large boiling pot, cooking spoons and other cooking tools, essentials like paper towels, extra trash bags, pantry for your snacks, Keurig pod coffee maker, remote controlled adjustable light with fan, and seating for 4. Pantry holds many essentials including the coffee supplies, toaster, waffle maker, and air fryer. Extra dining seating available in the sunroom area. OUTSIDE: extra large paved parking space for you and your guests to park your vehicles, boat, etc. Full length front porch with seating for 8. Backyard and side yard area to play in. An outdoor charcoal grill is provided. Steps going into the home are the only stairs (no upstairs inside) and they are not steep

The house was nice, well-stocked, and as advertised. The owner was very responsive when contacted.The only minor thing is that the cable is local channels only, but the TV was able to accept screen casting from a phone, so we were able to use personal subscriptions to streaming services for entertainment.
