You are booking a non-smoking one bedroom two bathroom private apartment in a house with its own private entry and parking. No interior spaces are shared with others. Kitchen is solely used by you and no one else.

The apartment is private unto itself and does not share living space or entrance with other guest spaces.

There is ample lounge and living space with a full private kitchen. There are several interior gathering spaces.

The space
Guests have a generous open living space with several seating areas. The space includes a television with basic local channels in one of the living rooms. There is a kitchen available for use by guests. The total space is approximately 1200 square feet in size.

Guest access
The guests can walk the grounds or enjoy the miles views. There is a pond and functioning artist's work studio on the premises with a resident artist.

Other things to note
The kitchen is available for guest use.

Sorry no pets allowed in this space. However, I do have other spaces on the property that allow one pet so please inquire about them is you need to travel with a pet.
