The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Clean hotel, nice breakfast. The pool is closed and we didn’t know that but other than that everything was great. Great stay while in AR.

Perhaps the gentleman at the check in was having a bad day - but friendliness even in the worst circumstances would have been nice. Other staff were terrific, though i am bummed that the email receipt has never came through. Food was awesome. Room clean. Glad we picked Wingate.

Floor under beds and other furniture was dirty. Terrible trip hazard into bathroom. Floor had about 1/2 lip going into bathroom. A couple trips on floor. But then mother tripped sideways into bathroom. Front desk wouldn’t call 911 when an employee witnessed her fall. I had to find my phone to get help. I contacted the feont desk Friday evening and notified them that i had 6 -8 ladybugs in my room and was told "yeah they are migrating, nothing we can do". Ok well they are just lady bugs afterall. Hotel is a little older but looked like it was getting a facelift. The room was good for the price. ( i used my hotel cash to get a good dicount) opted for the big bathtub but didnt use the jets. They looked like it needed cleaner ran thru them. Room was clean, a little older furniture. The living room area is huge with enough room for a blow up matress if needed and the loveseat does fold out. The bedroom is small with just enough room for king bed, 2 nightsatnds and dresser and tv in closet area. Super xlose to airport. No smoking. No working pool or hot tub. About a 10 min drive to town.breakfast was decent but nothing to wrtite home about.

The staff was nice when I could find someone but they charged an extra $25 just because I checked in 1 hour early. I was not told that I would be charged extra or I would have sat in the parking lot. The hallways always smell iffy, partially near the ice machines always smell like a fart, no idea why. The rooms are relatively clean and nice and don’t smell bad like the halls. Do not do your check in before 3 or you will apparently be charged extra without warning.

Front desk staff and shuttle driver were great and very friendly. The breakfast staff were the best we have ever encountered. Room was just average and had a few problems. Flooring was coming up in the center of the room and bathroom floor trim was dirty.
