Checkin was easy and we had no problems. Our first night at this house was in the 20s and the heat wasn’t working. We contacted the property manager and the best they could do was tell us about nonexistent blankets in the linen closet and that the hvac people would be there in the morning to fix it. We froze the whole night. The shower downstairs doesn’t work. Interesting for a group of 8 people. I think the property manager wasn’t even going to fix that. Also, this place does NOT have a hot tub despite what they advertise. We were not happy with this stay or VRBO in general and will be using other options from now on. The property manager only said that they were deeply sorry but did nothing until we asked for a discount and they refunded an insignificant amount which was not sufficient in my opinion.
