You will inevitably be seduced by its ideal location which will allow you to fully enjoy all the charms of the resort without ever taking your vehicle!

Schöne Wohnung, aber schlechte Organisation
Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, im Zentrum, nicht weit zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es sind fünf einzelne Betten vorhanden (zwei sind aneinander geschoben, können aber getrennt werden - Bettdecke aber hier einmal nur als Doppeldecke vorhanden).
Neben der hohen Kaution von 900 wurde noch eine zusätzliche Kaution von 150 erwartet - als Reinigungskaution. Fraglich wofür: Der Boden war nicht sehr sauber, der Tisch klebte, und in der Kaffeemaschine war noch eine verschimmelte Filterkaffeetüte. Also wird hier trotz hoher Kaution nicht mal kontrolliert, ob gereinigt wurde. Parken ist auf öffentlichen, kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen möglich, aber Mittwochs und Samstags vormittags darf wegen Markt dort nicht geparkt werden.
Der Dreck usw. interessiert die Agentur vor Ort überhaupt nicht.
Man sollte sich direkt einen zweiten Schlüssel geben lassen - Die erste Eingangstür ist gleichzeitig für den Flur vor einem Geschäft unter der Wohnung. Wenn diese geschlossen ist, kann sie von innen nur mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet werden. Sollte also jemand aus der Reisegruppe mit dem Schlüssel außer Haus sein, kommen die anderen Reisenden bei geschlossener Außentür nicht raus - bei Gefahr ein Unding!
Sonst ist die Wohnung funktionell eingerichtet, es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden (ein mittlerer Topf wäre noch gut, sind nur kleine sowie ein riesiger Topf vorhanden).
Der Ort Berck Plage ist schön, viele Restaurants, schöner Strand. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art.
