I beskrivningen stod att alla våra 3 rum skulle ha terass med sjöutsikt men ingen terass fanns på hela stället. Priset stämde inte heller. Men rena fina rum och härligt med bastu och bad.

Det var ganska svårt att hitta dit först, för gpsen visade in oss på en grusväg som ledde till något helt annat. Sen när vi kom dit var det lite dåligt skyltat var man skulle gå in. Men när allt löste sig så var personalen jättetrevlig och rummet var jättebra. Maten på kvällen var helt okej, kanske lite överprisad. Men igen, personalen var väldigt trevliga.

Dåligt skyltat hur man hittar receptionen. Mycket fräscha rum på vandrahemsdelen, men mycket enkla. Själva herrgården kommer att bli mycket fin när den blir klar. Håller på att renoveras nu och det som är gjort håller hög klass. Bra frukost.

Vi fick rum & bekräftelse enligt hotels.com men blev vid dubbelkoll ombedda att söka annat boende, då det var fullt på hotellet. Trist, hade varit bra om jag ringt och dubbelkollat direkt eller stått på mig. Så, du som bokar: Ring och dubbelkolla ditt boende direkt så slipper du jaga alternativt hotell när du nästan är framme. (drar ner mitt betyg för både hotels.com o Elsabo tyvärr)

Sämsta någonsin. Kom dit (9 personer) och det första ägaren säger är "nej, nej, nej". Säger först att sängbeställningen inte kommit och sen att hotellet är dubbel bokat så vi kan inte stanna där. Konstigt då att han inte hört av sig innan då vi bokade ca 2 veckor innan vi skulle bo där och han hade papper på alla uppgifter. Han ringer runt och försöker fixa ett annat boende till oss (inte lätt då vi var 9 personer som sagt). Fick till slut ett vandrarhem i Virserum då vi fick 3 rum med våningssängar. Skulle fått pengar tillbaka men har fortfarande inte sett några pengar, Roland som han hette var en riktig skojare. BOKA INTE DETTA!

Fantastisk närmiljö och helt nyrenoverat. Dessvärre är det mesta inte färdigt ännu. Vi hade tur som fick ett rum då det verkar som att Hotels.com säljer många fler rum än som finns tillgängliga i verkligheten. Personalen kämpar hårt för att göra alla gäster nöjda men många dirigerades vidare till hotell i närheten. Enkel men bra frukost! Här finns stor potential när ägarna kommit lite längre med renoveringen.

Vildledende annonce for et vandrehjem i forfald

Stedet omtaler sig selv som et hotel og når man så ankommer så finder man ud af at det er et vandrehjem, hvor der er fællestoiletter på gangen. De skriver at de er under opbygning. Virkeligheden er at hovedbygningen hvor man ikke bor er under opbygning efter en brand. Værelserne man bor i ligger i en helt anden bygning, som bærer præg af mangelfuld vedligeholdelse - allerede ved indgangen møder man forfaldet iform af trappe, hvor betongen er ligger i store afbrækkede stykker. Vi havde booket 3 nætter og i de tre døgn blev der ikke gjort rent i bygningen, hvilket tydeligt kunne ses på de fælles badeværelserne. Stedet påstår de har WI-FI. Desværre er virkeligheden at der ikke er noget WI-Fi i bygningen hvor man bor. Hvis I vælger at bo på stedet, så sørg for at betale via hotel.com, for vælger man at betale på stedet, så ændres prisen til næsten det dobbelte - hvilket vi betragter som svindel og bedrageri. Vi vil anbefale hotel.com at de er lidt mere kritiske over hvordan et overnatningssted bliver promoveret, hvis de skal være med på hotel.com. Det er meget vildledende at anvende billeder af en lukket sauna-bygninger, så man får indtryk af at det er en af de værelser der udlejes. Mini-golf. Jo det har de, men det kan kun anvendes hvis man graver det fri af årtiers forfald, lægger nyt beton og udskifter alt det rådne træ. Senge. De fås vist ikke billigere og man skal ligge roligt i dem, så man ikke glider på gulvet i de uisolerede kolde værelser.

Fantastisk flot område og meget flot bygning. Hotellet er dog under renovering og virkede ikke helt klar endnu. Der manglede mange små ting - badeforhæng, affaldsspande og skilte til toiletter.
