Stay in Berlin

The apartment should have been checked before our arrival. Many things were missing and or dirty like the sheets ( which is unacceptable: one bed was taken care of after our complaints; the other not). The landlord tried his best to correct the faults and even offered us a restaurant breakfast for free ( nice gesture) but you do not come for a weekend abroad to start arguing about a ditry and old frying pan, dirty sheets, missing soap and shampoo, dirty dishwashing sponges and above all a second set of keys with a group of 3 people( almost unworkable during a visit to a big city) which was denied to us. Also I expected a two bedroom appt but it had only one bedroom. The couple in our company slept in the dining room. This all is not what was to be expected.

Nice place that needs some care & repair

The location was great. Close to restaurants & about a 15-20 min walk to the Ubon (subway). It was very hot our first few days and only 1 fan. No A/C. All of Berlin was stating that global warming has made it very hot in Berlin. I reached out to Daniel and he allowed me a reimbursable amt to buy a fan or room A/C unit. We did take time out of our vacation to do so (to make it comfortable enough to sleep). The apartment only has 2 Windows which face a courtyard so no breezes came in at night. We did receive reimbursement for the a/c and it’s now available for future guests. The not so good part…. In contrast to my sisters apartment, this unit was older and not as well furnished or kep up… The bathroom door handle was loose & falling apart. The only amenities in the bathroom was a cheap bottle of shampoo/body wash on the shower floor. (maybe the last tenant left) & tampons? Dishes & coasters cracked. Teflon pan in kitchen in bad shape & peeling. No amenities really provided in the kitchen . Chairs were dirty and stained. Not a 2 bedroom place. 1 bdrm & a bed in the living /dining room. The accommodations lacked a book or manual to tell guests anything. We went the whole stay without knowing that coffee was in a frosted flake tin on the counter. We thought just decoration. The handle to the freezer was broken. Light fixtures were dangling from ceiling. All of this could be resolved with some care/ repair & updating /cleaning. Overall we liked the apartment & response from owne.

Sehr Schöne Whg mit 1 Schlafzimmer

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung. Leider gibt es nur 1 abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Bett steht in einem sehr schönen großen Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sessel sowie der durch einen Raumteiler abgetrennten Küche. Die Lage nahe beim Kudamm ist sehr gut. Top für die City West und wg U1 für Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung hätte (zB im Bad) etwas besser geputzt und tw ausgestattet (frische Spüllappen, mehr Toipa) sein können. Auch die Silkonumrandung der Dusche kontrastiert mit dem liebevoll eingerichteten Hauptraum. Die Wohnung ist aber super gemütlich. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Wir mussten für ein Event eine Woche lang in Berlin verbringen und waren sehr froh, diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Alles war sauber, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief problemlos. Gerne wieder :)

Großstadtgefühl bekommen

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und sehr schön renoviert. An der ein oder anderen Stelle fehlt die liebevolle Instandhaltung, aber das ist manchmal einfach so. Die Leseecke war der Lieblingsplatz unserer Kinder und die Schlafmöglichkeiten perfekt für uns geeignet. Die zwei U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe waren sehr leicht zu finden und gut zu erreichen

Zu viele Missstände in der Wohnung - Duschwasserablauf verstopft - Herd konnte nicht benutzt werden, da Beschreibung fehlt - Keine Tagesjalousie vor Fenstern zum Innenhof = jeder kann reinsehen - Unzumutbare elektrische Anbindung von Geräten.. mussten von Hand gewechselt werden - bei schwieriger Steckerlage

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und gut geschlafen mit Blick in den Hinterhof. Allerdings kam uns die Wohnung nicht gereinigt vor, im Bad lag ein verschmutzter Vorleger und in der Dusche scheinbar noch vom Vorgänger Duschbad. Der kuschelige Teppich im breiten Fensterbrett war gleich der Lieblingsplatz unserer Tochter. Prinzipiell eine schöne Wohnung.

Berlin Wochenende

Gute und ruhige Lage, problemlose Ankunft und Abreise, nette kleine Wohnung zum Hinterhof im Erdgeschoss und schönes Ambiente, im Viertel sind Cafés und Restaurants, alles fein. wir haben für zwei Tage Fahrräder gemietet an der Gedächtniskirche, das ist eine gute Art gewesen, Berlin zu erleben.

Ein Wochenende in Berlin

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine typische Berliner Hinterhof Kiez Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gibt es wohl ein Abwasser Problem, so dass es im Badezimmer übel aus dem Dusch Abfluss riecht und der Geruch im Badezimmer durchgehend recht beißend ist. Vielleicht kann man dies ja irgendwie beheben ? Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt top und sehr zentral. Der Kiez mit all den Restaurants und Kneipen drum herum bietet viel Abwechslung. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schöne, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof hatten wir's nachts trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. In nur 10 Gehminuten waren wir mitten im Berliner Stadtleben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber sowie schön eingerichtet.Der Eingang liegt in einem Hinterhof ist aber einfach zu erreichen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert,das Einchecken und auschecken erfolgt in einem Restaurant ganz in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung,aber auch dort wird man sehr nett empfangen.Wir kommen gerne wieder

Berlin Wilmersdorf

Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral. Bus und Bahn sind in der Nähe sowie viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Der Kudamm ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Wohnung Macbeth gegen den Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Ist die Leuchte beim Eingang defekt? Nachts war es recht dunkel .... Sonst alles sehr gut und sehr zu empfehlen. War schon das zweite Mal in der Wohnung.
