Really good facilities, room and location and nice, friendly staff. The only slight issue was the infrequency of the room cleaning although we did leave our room sign marked so not disturb on the door on the first of the two allocated on our stay... but otherwise great

This was our stay for our first trip to Berlin and we will absolutely stay here again! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were spotless and the bar/restaurant was a life saver on most nights. The breakfast here was absolutely worth it too! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are friendly. The only issues we had were that the room was meant to be cleaned every third day, but they skipped us on our third day, even though we had gge hanger on the door asking to be cleaned. And we were expecting a stove in the room, because the description and photos included a stove, but there wasn't one. We would have booked a different room if we knew, because i have food allergies and needed to be able to cook for myself.

Great location for sightseeing. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 beds in the living room for kids. We still had a sofa to sit on and it was a well equipped space for a family of 4 over 5 days. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier all made it an easier holiday. Unfortunately, the pool was out of action due to a technical problem which they said will be fixed in 2 weeks. We had the breakfast on the first day which was good and even had gluten free cereal and bread which I enjoyed. Overall a lovely place to stay and we had a great time in Berlin

The staff were super helpful. It was a great location close to two underground stations. The one bedroom room was a great size for my daughter & I. The washing machine & dryer were a huge bonus (as we are travelling for a couple of weeks). The rooms were quiet, so the soundproof rooms is excellent.
