The 6 bedrooms in this stunning retreat provide a cozy and restful escape for everyone, ensuring privacy and comfort for large groups. Thoughtfully designed with a mix of king, queen, and double beds, each space is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun.
On the first floor, the expansive primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, smartTV and massive en suite bathroom, offering a luxurious space to unwind. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms, including a second primary with a king bed and smartTV, a corner room with two queens, another with two double beds, and a final with a queen bed, Juliet balcony, and smartTV.
Lastly, the pool house offers a detached queen bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, available seasonally during warmer months, April - November. It is winterized and is not available for use December - March. During that period, guests staying in the poolhouse bedroom will have to go inside to access the main house bathrooms.

Brooklyn Estate features 4 bathrooms - 3 full and 1 half - (plus a bonus pool house full bathroom!), ensuring plenty of space for everyone to refresh and unwind.
On the first floor, the massive primary en suite boasts a sprawling walk-in shower and a double vanity for the ultimate spa-like experience. The half bathroom is also located on the first floor just off the living room. Upstairs, a jack-and-jill bathroom connects two bedrooms and features a shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing the little ones in your group. Another full bathroom offers just off the game room includes a walk-in stone shower. Additionally, there is a seasonal full-sized bathroom found in the pool house (not included in 3.5 count above), for extra summertime convenience!
We proudly stock the bathrooms with complimentary bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup towels and bath-time essentials!
NOTE: The jetted tub in the primary en-suite bathroom is currently under repair and is not available for use.

The kitchen includes a spacious island with a prep sink, a double oven gas range, a large stainless steel refrigerator, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The two large dining tables comfortably seat 16 people, with another 4 seats at the island counter.
And of course, there’s coffee and tea! Start your mornings with our fully stocked caffeine station, offering both ground coffee and K-cup options, as well as a variety of premium teas.

For those 'work-from-home' moments, there is also a closed-door wood-paneled office that provides the perfect private working space.

Spend your days lounging by the expansive private pool, which is flanked by 8 polywood sun loungers, stylish outdoor side tables, and chic pool umbrellas. Stroll past the patio lounger and enter into the hidden gem of the property - a rustic covered outdoor kitchen and dining area decked out with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, prep sink, stainless steel refrigerator, and a beautiful white bistro table with seating for 12 — perfect for entertaining large groups!
NOTES:
-The pool is open seasonally May - October and is not heated.
-The pool house bedroom is only heated with a space heater and the bathroom is not winterized, so it is unavailable for use in winter months. Please be sure you’re okay with this if you plan on having guests stay in the pool house.
